Saraina Surf Charters or its travel partners do not assume responsibility for those inherent risks which may cause unfortunate accidents or incidents during ordinary or extraordinary travel conditions. Saraina Surf Charters will not be held responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising from travel misfortunes beyond our control.

The captain on board Saraina reserves the right to remove any passengers from Saraina Surf Charters trips that endangers the well-being and safety of the vessel, its passengers or crew, in accordance with Maritime Law.

1. For individual bookings, a non-refundable deposit (in Australian Dollars) of 25% of the charter fee per person is due at the time of booking.
2. For full boat bookings a non-refundable deposit (in Australian Dollars) of 25% of the charter fee is due at the time of booking.
3. Deposits are non-refundable however deposits may be transferred to a third party for use on the same charter group and on those same dates.

1. Final Payment is due at least 60 days prior to departure and is non-refundable.
2. Payments are to be made by bank transfer. We do not accept other forms of payment including credit cards.
3. Any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stated on this site.

1. All deposits and booking payments made for trips are non-refundable.
2. Once booked a trip may not be canceled for a refund. However a trip may be rescheduled in accordance with our rescheduling policy.
3. There are no refunds or partial refunds given for early departures from a designated charter, poor surf, or inclement weather. In addition, there are no refunds given for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, or local political situation that does not directly pose a threat to the safe operations of our trips.
4. There are no refunds or partial refunds given in the event you do not arrive on time for the scheduled departure of your trip for any reason. Any and all efforts will be made for individuals arriving late to join up with a charter that has already departed; however we cannot guarantee or make any promises relating to the logistics involved in joining up with a trip and we will not be liable for costs for a late arrival to join up with a trip.

1. Trips may be rescheduled with 90 days or more notice prior to departure and must be rescheduled within 12 months of the departure date.
2. Trips that are rescheduled within 90 days of departure but greater than 60 days departure are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee. Any fees paid in excess of the 25% fee will be given as credit to be used within 12 months.
3. Trips that are rescheduled within 60 days of departure are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. Any fees paid in excess of the 50% fee will be given as credit to be used within 12 months.

1. A current travel insurance policy, including a Medi-Vac clause is mandatory on all of our trips for your safety.
2. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that will cover any costs incurred due to delays, flight cancellations, missed connections, natural disasters, etc.

1. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
2. If applicable, a valid visa is required for travel.

1. Saraina Surf Charters is not responsible for airline board fees or baggage policies.
2. Saraina Surf Charters does not accept any responsibility for late arrival or non-arrival of surfboards/surfboard bags or any other luggage.

1. Saraina Surf Charters are not responsible for health problems arising from environmental factors during your stay.
